FACE’s 2nd annual event was a huge success and we have you to thank! Not only did we exceed our financial goals but we've been receiving rave reviews from everyone who attended the event on April 30th, 2009.

We’d like to extend our sincerest thanks to both our attendees and volunteers for the success of the event.  We raised almost $30,000 net proceeds for Sunflower Children!   Our children at both our schools, Future Hope and Island of Hope, cannot thank you enough for your generosity.  These schools are made up of children, ranging in ages 3-11 from impoverished families, who would not be able to attend school without the support of this event. Your donations will continue to provide each student with an education, clothing, school supplies, one meal a day and help them grow with hope for a brighter future.

The show was certainly the highlight of the evening.  We couldn’t have done it without Barney’s NY.  We are also so grateful to Young’s Columbia for pouring all of that fabulous wine, Caffe Vita for the coffee and Via Tribunali for the pizza!   Other highlights were the trips to Napa, San Francisco and Hawaii, the “Valentino, the Last Emperor” private screening (which is an incredible movie!), and all of the additional wonderful items that were auctioned off.
